At The Business Factory you’ll find a team of people committed to making your life easier. Mireia Sànchez, our co-founder and community builder, is devoted solely to you and the community. Also at your service is Javi Bujan, another founding partner who is on hand to keep everything running smoothly. Then there’s David, or rather @milliondollardavid, our go-to photographer, who is always willing to lend a hand at any time and not just to take great photos! And Megan McCarthy, the woman who knows everything there is to know about marketing and who makes sure all our brand is doing what it’s meant to…. No social network escapes her spell. And, of course, at TBF you will always find the smile of Paula Casteñeda, ready to help with anything you need. You take care of your work… and we take care of the rest. Last but not least, there are a fair few friends who collaborate with TBF one way or another.

At The Business Factory we want to make life easier for our coworkers, which is why we run tailored courses open to both members (who enjoy special prices) and the general public. Learn about or brush up on everything from digital marketing to social media, online communication, coaching and website building, and more. We also support coworkers with other personal-development ideas. Want to teach your own course? You can do that here too.
